2. Heat some olive oil in a fry pan
3. Saute the garlic and onion until the onions are soft
4. Toss in the mince, the mixed herbs and salt and cook on medium heat
5. This should take about 10-15mins
6. In the last minute, toss in the chopped spinach just so the spinach wilts a bit and does not get all soft and mushy
7. After you gotten through this, its time to prep your pizza
8. Place the pizza base on a baking sheet
9. Spoon over the tomato chunks and the sauce on the base
10. Next add a generous quanity of the spinach and chicken
11. And finally add the parmesan cheese
12. Then into the oven it goes and bake until the cheese has melted
13. Remove from the oven and slice into 6 or 8 pieces and serve immediately
