Instructions to make Mushroom gravy:
- Fry all for grinding till Onion turns golden brown in colour and tomato get mashed.
- Grind it after cooling.
- Wash with maida to remove dirt and cut mushroom into small size. Fry it adding turmeric.keep it aside.
- Fry the ingredients to fry add 1 spoon finely chopped onion.
- Add ginger garlic paste 1/2 spoon.Add the masalas to it.
- Now add ground Onion paste to it. Finally add coriander leaves. Serve it hot with roti.
